First confirmation and later cancelled the booking

My aunty is ill. So, she and her family members came by flight. They were waiting at the EXIT gate of Airport (Hyderabad) for the city cab taxi. The taxi booking was confirmed before 2 hours of their arrival in Hyderebad. But before 10 minutes of scheduled time of pickup a person form Citycab called and informed that our taxi is not available in that location.
