Unavailability of Gokul milk

I am a resident of thane, Runwal Nagar. There we have the distributor for Gokul milk called City Dairy-2, who inspite of getting adequate supply of half litre packet of Gokul Milk, denies to distribute it to the consumer. Instead he keeps the half litre packets aside, to sell them to the other local milk distributors, who pays them higher charges that is more than MRP.Other Shopkeepers sells the Milk at the higher price than MRP.

Kindly suggest or do the needfuil as earliest as possible.
