Frequent phone call from City Office

Dear Sir,

I Have been disturb by this teliphone No. 011 - 30895500 . I get frequent call from person called Vivek for personal loans. I cannot hold any meeting or sit for official work. After refusing so many time, still calls ups ofice hours even night.

Please give suitable advice.
