Wring recovery of EMI by ECS

We repaid personal loan of City Finanacial by ECS installaments and last installament was paid by cash to bank rep as per their advise.

We got calls from bank that they have not received last installamnts. They say thet the agency authorized to collect this ran away with cash.

Now to our surprise they again recovered last installamnet from our bank account by ECS.

This is complete cheating and their local bank in Faridabad are not helping us on this. We in effect paid one installament more.

Can some senior officer call me and take care of my problem
