Fruad in Investment company "City Hospitalities"

Dear Team,

I Krishna Mhatre, came to know about the investment company i.e. City hospitalities. They told me some attractive investment plans so I had invested Rs. 60000 (Chq no: 065972, ICICI Bank Limited) and Rs. 30, 000 (Chq no: 065971, ICICI Bank Limited) on July 20 and got receipt (receipt no: 10541 and 10542) of the same from them.

However, I did not receivd any return as per the plans provided by them. When we contacted company, we came to know that there has been some issues between govt and company so their accounts have been frozen and they can not pay to customers.

Its more than 6 months but we have not received any intimation from the company. When I am trying to contact company then, I am not getting any response for the same. From media I came to know about fraud from the company. So please let me know when we would receive our invested amount from the company?

Please confirm whether we need to lodge a FIR for the same?
