Lost of packet by Cityland Express Courier Company

I have given one courier to send to our village to one of the courier company, the name is 'Cityland Express', Thane W to send to our village for some function. The packet has fancy bangles which was not available at our village i.e at pandarkavada so we have purchased in Mumbai & wanted to send at our village to our relative. The courier was lost by Cityland and it did not reach to my relative. The receipt no of courier is 19034 and date was 6-june- 2012.

When Cityland has lost our packet, they have agreed to pay us the amount of lost packet of Rs 530/-. It has been 57 days since lost of packet but we have not receive any amount from them. We are calling them in every 7-8 days but they are not giving proper answer. When I called them on 28-july, they said that" do what you want we will not pay you any amount". They are talking very roodly and in abusing language.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me.
