Cheque Bounce

I invested in City LImouzine who dealt in vehicle. my cheque was bounce on 18th Aug 09. Asking for reason they told me that, the company's financial audit is going on, u deposit that cheque on 5th Sept. 09. On 5th i got the information that company again told investors to not to deposit the cheques till 25th Sept. 09. Now pls help me out about what is going on in this company?

because i taken a loan to invest in this company & i not able return even half of the loan amount.
