Investment made but no chqs given, no principle amount refunded

I along with my mother & father invested our hard earned money in the company in the month of July'09 and was told that by end of August'09 our agreement will be made and chqs will be issued but till date we are still waiting for our agreement as well as for our chqs. Pls return our money if it is not possible for the company to run thier business by end of this (October'09). We have planned our many basic requirement on this return like study of my siblings, my parents medical expenses and other our requirements. My parents are very old and this money is their hope, so plsssss help and return our money.
