Can i get my car?

Dear sir,

I have invested the 180000/- down payment to city limouzines for buying a car for rentel business with the company, In lieu, company have issued me an agreement for the car rent as well as the repayment of bank loan every month for five years. In the end of five year. company will return my car

in good running condition.

it was running for last 3and half years smoothly, we are paying the bank loan regularly as per the term and condition of bank, there was no absolute dispute with the issue.

now, company has booked u/s 149 and in the way of bailing out, still bank loan for another one year is pending, whereas my car is with company, Car No MH 4 CE 5594, make Indica V2 Modal of 2005

I dont know the where is my car now, who will give me the car, even in the month of Apr company has taken 9875/- cheque for my car inssuarence monney, but receiptof city limozines with me, but not insurence paper has given to me,

Request advice me where to go, How to over come the bank loan, Where I find my Car, and get rid of it, I and my family will be highly thankfull to you.
