Fraud promiss maid by company

Iam rizwam uzzama staying in hyderabad, I have invested 2.6lakhs into the city groups.on aug 15.by which i recived file number80077 and the cheques.into 12 installments.even i did't widraw single cheque because of in sufficient funds into the accounts of city groups.i requst to the consumer department officials to help me into getting my invested money back as soon as possible.
