Dishonouring of cheques

Dear Sir

I have invested Rs 127000 in Jun 08 for 5 years with a promise to pay Rs 7775/- per month Every thing went as per the promise but last month my cheques are not being cleared. I have heard that something is going wrong somewhere.please intimate the correct situation so that we can keep calm till the finalisation of the entire mess.
