Bouncing of cheques

Sir, In june I have invested Rs. 2.45 Lacs in city realcom and company promise me to give RS. 17641/- upto five years. First cheque of July Month has been cleared and after that all cheque of company has been bounce. Company did not giving me any response of my phone call and E-mail.
