Investment gone down the drain

We invested with M/SCity Limuzines E-505, International Trade Tower, Nehru Place and they issuedus post dated cheques but after about 12 to 16 months period their cheques have started bouncing and it is understood that company has closed down and have run away collecting money from many individuals. Need TO BE HELPED.
