Multiplex shown highly unprofessionalism & is cheating its customers

I'm a student & can't afford evening or late night shows at the multiplex. Yesterday I've been to City Pride Kothrud (Multiplex) and asked for early morning show tickets. The person sitting at the counter told me that all early morning show tickets are sold out & tickets are available only for shows after 12:45PM. Today when my friends went early in the morning they got the tickets for Morning show before 12:45PM.

City Pride Kothrud is cheating the customers by selling the High Range Tickets first & when they are over thn begin the sale for the tickets of Morning shows. This is malpractice, misconduct & unprofessionalism shown by the multiplex and I higly condemn this. I want transparency in the system so that this doesn't happens to anyone from next time onwards.
