Returning of check for unsufficient balance

Sir/Madam,

My self Vijender Bhardwaj. I have invested an ammount of 1, 30, 000 in city realcom which was promising to give a high percentage return.

The company promised to give a sixty installments of Rs.7775.

But after 6 months the checks given by the company are returned unpaid.

It looks a big fraud.

Please look into the matter and do the need full help.
