Bouncing of cheque

I have invested a amount of Rs. 1, 39, 000/- in City Realcom (City Limouzines india Ltd.) vide Registration No. 30591/R in which they had a agreementthat they will be returning by a way of cheque of Rs. 7775/- per month for a period of 05 years and after completion of five years a lumpsum amount of Rs. 50, 000/- will be paid by cheque, I received payment of three cheques but in the month of August my cheque No. 739637 drawn on ABN AMRO Bank N.V Hansalya, 15, Barakhamba Road New Delhi-110001 got bounced. Here I would like to register a case against City Realcom.
