Non Receipt of Premium Cheques

I have invested in city realcom in the month of October 09 for Rs.239010/- company has given me

PDC cheques of Rs.14, 025/- which was cleared on 30 July 09. Thereafter no cheques have been received from company. Now the company has advised not to deposit any cheques. First they told us to deposit on 5th of Sept now they told on 15th sept. I have no any cheque is balance. I requested company to send me cheques. They told me that the cheques will be automatically received to you by 15th Sep. But till date no cheques have been received by me. When I tried to call, no one is attending the call.

It my humble request to check with such company since so many people have invested their valuable earnings in this scheme.
