Regarding Payment agnst Income Cheque

Dear Sir,

I have invested Rs.260000/- & got monthly income cheques which is not cleared from august 09

I had taken loan form city bank & invested in your company. and i have been paid only interest on that amount was Rs.90, 000/-

Now company has been closed no response from your side & also no cummunication from your side

My relative told compaint against company in cunsumer court. Now i will be taken an action on this matter very soon after 15th october
