Cheque bounced

I am Kiran Pailkar., Invested Rs. 1.29 Lakh in City Realcom Ltd. in Feb' 09. and i got cheque of Rs. 7775/-. my five was cleared. but 6th was bounced. then a call to Cemps corner office about cheque bounced they told me you represent cheque after 15th Sept' 09. and i represented cheque but again cheque was bounced and reason of insufficient fund. I reuested to you please help me.
