Dear Sir,

Sub: Non-issuance of family ration cards

Ref: My token no.11370, v.k.arun prasad, villivakkam range

I'd applied for a new ration card last year August 30th till date I've not received my card. The public who have applied at a latter date after my application was logged in are now enjoying the benefits of the new ration card, but whenever I approach the civil supplies office located on the Villivakkam, Assistant Commissioner to meet the Commissioner, he ask me to come and meet him after 10 days.

But in vain seven months have elapsed but nothing fruitful has took place.

I'm wondering whether These officers are prompt in their work, as they put the blame on the government saying that due to administrative reasons we are not able to trace out the application. kindly look into the matter and do the needful, due to this i cannot get gas connection.
