Non Availability of bus no.210

Sir,

i m daily travelling by bus no.210 from yaari rd to borivali at 5:00 pm, but since many days we are facing heavy shortage of the bus, there are no buses from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm, at 5:45 pm bus comes & after asking the bus conductor why bus is so late either they don't answer or they say there is shortage of staff which is not true b'coz mine is 3rd stop from yaari rd bus depot so while standing for 45 mins we can see bus going from opposite side to depot & we have notice that atleast 4-5 bus going to depo, so whats the matter why they dont send bus at 5:00, 5:15 & 5:30 pm at proper intervals due to late bus we have to go standing till borivali & then after 5 mins there are 4 buses running behind os same route so what are they upto, previously we use to reach home by 6:15 pm but now we reach by 7:30pm which is ridiculous, so pls reply to this.
