Non - Avalability of bus, very poor service

Sir,

I had compalint few days before for the non availability of bus no.210, as there is no bus available during evening time, but you'll have not taken any action same problem is going on, day before yesterday at evening 5:00 pm 1 bus came but it did'nt stood at the busstop & then 2nd bus came at 5:45 pm, bus no.was MH.01 LA 5605, which was of poisor depot, asking the bus conductor as why the bus was so late he refuge to reply & said very rudely whatever complaint we have against them we must go in the bus depot & do it, they are not responsible to give any answer, if this is the response then its better you''ll give up the service & transfer it to some private sectors, how could you'll be so harsh, i had said before also we reach home 1hr late just because of very poor service.so its a kind request to please take necessary action & provide us better service.
