Problem with Lifebuoy Liquid Soap

Dear Sir / Madam,

We purchased Lifebuoy Liquid Soap from Magnet Stor, Paldi Bhatta, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and facing following problem.

Purchase Date : 16.01.2009.

In this liquid soap bottle, its opening tape is not working and not ejecting soap out of bottle.

We approached Magnet Store people but they are refusing to change the Tape.

Request you to do the needful in above case. The value of the bottle is minimal, but here the question is of manufacturing problem and getting cheated with such behaviour from supplier.
