About replacement my handset

Dear sir

I am mohammad akid i bought my mobile from - guftugu point khora collony sunday market pahala pusta before 7 months at dated 27-02.

before 15 days i have some problem in my handset. then i was go rose telecom service center sector 15 in noida. He kept my mobile till 15 days.after 15 day again i was go service center.

He told me that my mobile is dead because he is not powering on .so he give me a DOA CERTIFICETE

HE said me that this mobile will replace from dealer of khora collony but dealer says that this mobile will not replace. why dealer says these words while i have DOA CERTIFICATE which is gave me by reliance service center .so sir tell me what do i do
