Disconnected after 2 days of connection

Dear sir

my name is rajkishore sethi and my RIM no : 9382705862 i took this no on 24th april but to my surprise my no. is disconnected i am not able to make or receive calls from 26th of april when i spoke to the customer care agent she said u gave invalid documents but i submitted all the documents again what the shokeper said even i recharged wth Rs 496.00 but of no use. she doesn't have much info to help me its not the way to speak with a new customer who is comletely new to the company.
