NO REPLACEMENT WITHIN GUARRANTY PERIOD

I purchase a Mobile set from Ganapati Marketing, Station Square, Cuttack on dtd.20.03.08 the mobile set was found to be defective on 13.10.08. I contacted your agency namely Channel 4, Singh Plaza, Dolmundai, Cuttack for repair or replacement. The agency has given DOA certificate on 30.10.08 for replacement of the Mobile Set. The mobile set handed over on 31.10.08 At-Reliance GSM Service, Howrah Motor, Cuttack. But till date no replacement is done by agency for which I am faving a lot of difficulties inspite of my repeated reminder to one Mr. Srikant (9861020818) at Cuttack.

I request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps so that I get my Mobile replaced without any further harrassment.
