Not giving my money back

Dear Sir,

Complaint Details: please help me, i want to go to any extent to take

legal action against him...; I am very disturbed and

frustrated. I will first tell you the case in detail. I had bought Santro

car from a car dealer called Classic Auto amounting 140000. At the time of

booking they said they will finance my car. So 80% was finance and 20% was

a advance, i gave them Rs 42650 in cash and rest was finance. After

giving the cash in advance I took the vehicle and kept it for one month.

Meanwhile they were doing formalities for the finance. But they

couldn’t finance and asked me to either give full money in cash or

to give the car back and they said they will refund the full money. Till

date, two and half months have passed but they are not giving me my money,

whenever I call he says I will give to tomorrow... I can understand that I

have used the vehicle for a month and for that I am saying that deduct my

5000 rupees from a total amount but still they are not giving my money.

Please help me to get my money and call me to know whether they gave my

money or not
