Service centre is unable to repair the phone

This is to inform that i am one of your custmer, and i have buy a reliance classic hello phone on 7/08 from reliance world sanjay palace agra which is not working properly and i went to service centre so many time they just repair it and again after 2-3 days the same problem arises and all the time service center people says that "we are repairing our set, check here only if the problem again arises in the future or 2-3 days later we are not responsible. so its my hearty request u to take a serious action toward my issue. my contact no. is 9319120410. and my relince hello no. is 0562-3295118 which is not working right now.
