I want to file a complaint against Mr. Adhikari (09873473627) employee of Dynasty Resort & Ms Chitra 9971499491employee of Mukut Hotel. I have booked a hotel for my guest Mr. Mohan Agarwal through them at Nainital-Hotel Landale Manor. As guest arrived at hotel today ie 0n 06/06/09 rooms were smelling, cozy, staff were unfreindly. So guest has called me to remove them from this hotel. Then the owner has come and told he will charge the amount for 3 nights and 2 rooms. Started fighting with guest and asking money from guest as both the agent did not pay the amount, infect I have paid the amount 5 days prior in their account. Still I was ready to pay retention charges. Even they have charged us more than tarrif rate..Please look at the matter and do the needful
