Transaction not go by ATM but debted

Dear Sir /madam,

I have my saving account in state bank of Patiala branch Nalagarh Distt. Solan H.P

my account no. is 65007160362.

On dated 11/08 The transaction not go by ATM due to networking problem In Axis bank ATM

but amount 8000/- is debted from my account.

I have registered my complaint at Nalagarh state Bank of patiala on dated 04/09/09.

Till date no money has credited to my account.

If no action will be taken coming one week, I will register my complaint in Consumer court.

Hope you will take appropriate action and credit my 8000/-.
