Unable to apply online

I have remitted the application money for the SBI clerical post on 24-12. But when I log in I am not able to apply online as a message "Last date of the application is over" is being displayed.

As per the details given the last date for online registration is upto 31.12.2008.So kindly give me a solution. If incase I cannot apply online, will u refund the application fee?
