I want to change my name in the form

Hi,

This is Satyendra Kumar, I have submitted a form of my friend for the post of CLERK (on line). Due to mistake I have written the name of my friend as "Sony Topo" in both CHALAN FORM and On line registration form, where as it should be "Sony Toppo".

Can you correct this mistake. Or what should I do.
