1.5 months salary and leave encashment not paid after my resign

I resigned from C.L. Media Pvt. Ltd.(A Subsidary of Carrer Launcher India Ltd.) from the post of "Executive-Phi Lab." giving one month notice and releived on 15.5.2009. The Carrer Launcher India Ltd. is providing coaching to MBA aspirants. My work in profile involved creating and editing academic content for various management entrance examinations.

The company has not paid my salary for April 09 & for half month of May 09. The leave encashment amount was also to be paid by the company on my date of leaving the company.

I contacted the HR deptt. telephonically as well as by e-mail but only got a vague response that the amount will be transferred to my account within a week but no amount has been paid by the company.
