Defective Trouse

This is with reference to above subject matter I would like to bring to your attention that I have purchased a trouser from Color Plus Outlet in Mumbai details of which is given hereunder, which was unfortunately of not a good quality and I have to return it back to the retail store.

It has been more than 50 days that i have not received any sort of clarification form the Retail outlet or Company regarding the complain. and it is always told to me that delay is from the company end, I a branded company Like Color Plus takes so much of time to re-address consumer complains it is certainly I should think henceforth before purchasing any CP brands.

Kindly look into this matter to the earliest and let me know,
