But Now they are issued Same Trade Mark to Another one as trade mark name - sengupta

& registration No. 1146955 in class 24.

its what use of trademark registartion. its indian goverment officers fraud to public.

we are lots of time try to complain in trade mark officers but no use of that... we tired from indian goverment.. can u help me?
