Egarding WRONG timing of railway reservation in our city

Dear Sir/Madam

Before few months Indian railways has started Computerised railway reservation booking window in our city TANAKPUR (UTTARAKHAND) for that we are heartly thankful for our railway. but due to some reasons (may be small population of our city) they fixed timing as 13:00 to 15:00 pm only gor making reservations. This is very inconveniant for the citizens as tatkal reservation facility starts every day by 8:00 am in morning.

Kindly make the reservation timing favourable for the citizens.
