FALSE PROMISES AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD

They called me to their office in Leela Palace and offered me the membership. They promised me a Sony Bravia TV along with 20, 000 of shoppers stop vouchers. I did not recieve any of what they promised. They also charged my card fraudulently for 54, 000/- where as i had authorised them only 24, 000.

When i probed, they told me that the rep had lied to us and no offers were available, now i told them about the fraud and they failed to refund my money.

THEY CHEATED ME!!! THEY DONT EVEN PICK UP MY PHONE NOW.
