Refund for cancellation amount

Hi,

I took club mahindra membership on 19-Sep but due to some urgent requirements of funds could not continue and got our membership cancelled on 25-Sep. As per policy written in the application form if membership cancelled within 10 days the full amount will be refunded within 30 days. Bu now 82 days had been passed after 25-Sep-08. Still I didn't get my amount back. Every time I caledl up, I got the response that it is under process.

Please suggest me, where should I go for refund of my money.
