Non refund of money

My membership No.is 1417596.I was told in writing that entire application money (without any deductions) shall be refunded within 45 days if I cancel the application within 10 day from the date of applying. I have cancelled my application in writing within 10 days of applying. Its more tha 60 days since then but Mahindra people are making me run from pillar to post and it seems they are not in a mood to do so.

They are only extending dates to make me so tired that I foget about my hard earned money.
