Seeking membership cancellation refund

My membership number is 1468930. I took the membership on 18th April and cancelled on 22nd April by submitting a written application at Baner, Pune office.

Since then I have sent numerous mails and spoke to multiple people over phone but till date I have not got the refund.

As per the terms and conditions I was suppose to get the money in 30 days, i.e.by 22nd May but today is 18th June and still no update on when I will get the refund.

I am very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude shown by Club Mahindra. I never expected this from such a big brand. I wonder how our India will progress.
