No Refund after 6 Months

I have attended a presentation on 31st Dec at Club Mahindra Office in Centerstage Mall Noida, where I paid 38500 Rs to become the member but the very next day i.e. on 1st Jan I applied for cancellation because of some money needs in my family. But its been 6 months now that I have not got my money back from these traps however their rules clearly says that you can get your money back with in 30-45 days if you withdraw you membership in first 10 days. Kindly help me in this.
