Non refund of deposit money

My husband and I were invited to a Club Mahindra "free holiday" offer. When we went there, after much pursuation we agreed to take the membership ON ONE CONDITION that we will confirm it in three days after reviewing the offer and doing research. They asked us to deposit a token amount of INR 35, 000/- for the same as gaurantee money, to which we agreed.

We issued letters, emails, faxes and phone calls within 12 hours of this meeting requesting cancellation. It's been over ONE year now and no one is there to help us at all

Can someone please help get our refund back?
