Complaint against Club Mahindra Holidays

I had taken the membership of this organisation in Feb.09, However I had applied for the cancellation of the same in Mar.09 / Apr.09. At that point of time I did receive a written intimation from Club Mahindra that the refund of the paid amount (Rs. 15, 000) will be paid in 60 days. However till date (8th Oct.09), I have not received a penny of the refundable amount. Upon asking for the reasons of the delay they have been stating that they cannot tell me the same. The only intimations I have been receiving from them is of the new dates of when will I be receving my money. The latest intimation states that I the amount will be dispatched on 20th Oct.09. Also the people contacting me informing about the same have been rude to me which is absolutely not acceptable.

My request to the concerned people in this forum is to help me get that money back as well I would like some strict actions to be taken against Club Mahindra.
