I had taken a membership from club mahindra holidays on dated 2555.

My membership no. is 45403

Season: red

Apartment type: studio and

Period from 01-06 to 12-30.

Amt payable was d.p 16950 and 36 EMI of 5284.

I got the membership certificate in which they had mentioned one domestic and international holidays plus one casio S 100 digital camera (costing 49900 Mrp). also they have mentioned one welcome week and two bonus week.

In their T & C they had mentioned to relise all the offers after 25% (i.e. 51793/- Total Amount payable was 207174/-)

But till date i have not got any offer nor any communication from there their side

i had paid 16950 and 11 EMIof 5284. and

So i had stop paying the EMI after 086.

I have done many correspondance regarding this matter with the company to slove the issue but no correspondance is there from thier side.

Now i am feed up of this and pl. help me out from this situation
