Hi,

We had recently been to the Tungi Resort, Lonavala had a worst experience of our life. When i was getting the booking done & interacting with your helpline & the employees based in Lonavala, no one mentioned on the distance from main lonavala nor about the roads. I being pregnant is not suppose to drive through the type of roads we travelled. Also once we reached there while walking towards the view of Lake Pavna near your reception area there is a step for which there is no sign baord 'mind your step' neither anyone who was to guide as its not much visible. I had a terrible fall & got an alignment fracture on my left foot. What if something would have gone wrong as i being a pregnant lady anything was possible. Also heard from people around that earlier also a few people had a fall from the same place, then why was it not taken care of. I would like you to take this matter seriouly and compensate for the loss i had, I need immediate action on the same.
