Cancellation of membership within the stipulated trial period

I was called upon on 31st August for your promotional offer for the membership for clubmahinrda. Your officer told me to pay 15% on that day on the condition that if I decide to cancel it without giving any reasons, can do it within 5 days. I got an SMS coveying my membership no.as1366970 on 2nd Sept. Accordingly, yesterday at 3.28pm I spoke to Mr. Iqbal & told him about my decision. My request no. is 934292.

Today Ms. Sheetal spoke to me saying you need an email confirmation for this, so hereby, I am conveying my same decision to cancal the mebership, so expecting the return of my fee paid to you. Hope to get the refund as earlier as possible.
