Incompetent service and fraud

This is one company which does not have face and cant face customers. In my case the back office functions in such pathetic condition, they are not able to deduct EMI though ECS for one full long year and never bothered to correct the same in their system despite followup my side then they are giving me pain and agony by transferring the case to collections department as though I am a defaulter. My image has been damaged and effected my self esteem.
This company has one of the worst customer grievance escalation system. I hope through this mail I will be able to resolve the same.
