MISGUIDED

We took the membership on 9oct.08 by down payment of15%of amount (35000) out of rs2250000.we also paid 2 E M I of rs10000 (adv. E M I) and were told that u will get the offer of a H C L Laptop and 3days complimentary holidays within 8days, MONEY WAS DEDUCTED ON 27OCT.from my account.it was also not told that if you will take the paying duration of 5years (225000 to be paid in installments of 5years) your membership will start after one &half year.we received the membership card on 24november.08 and our membership starts from 06.and now they are saying that u will get laptop after 45 more days.and due to our executives mistake you have been misguided.they are giving membership, when we will pay for one and half year .and in their documents the period is 12 months.please look into the matter.
