False Promises

I have paid Rs 2, 65, 268 (Two Lakhs, sixty five thousand and two hunderd and sixty eight rupees) for a RED Studio membership at Club Mahindra Resorts (CMR). I paid Rs. 4780 more than the actual cost of this membership because of a mistake done by the CMR sales executive. When this was pointed out, CMR officials agreed and said they would compensate me by adding two more days of holidays to my account. This was agreed upon in September. Even today, five months later, in spite of innumerable phone calls and email messages, this has not happened. More than the two day extra holidays, what hurts more is, after taking more than 2.65 Lakhs from me, CMR people are not even answering my emails and phone calls. While selling the membership to me they were all polite and responsive.

I hope they will keep up their promise
