Had taken membership (ID-621458) in march in name of my wife.and withdrew the membership in the stipulated period as per their documents, and as per the documents the money was to be refunded within 30 days. I have contacted the office at Bikaji Cama place every month but of no avail. Twice the reps of the company gave mails giving specific dates for refund but nothing happened. what can I do
